Applicants must certify the accuracy of all copies of the following application documents:

2. Copy of National ID card or government employee ID card (3 copies)
3. Copy of house registration (
3 copies)
4. Copy of degree certificate (3 copies) 5. Copy of Bachelor's degree transcript of record (3 copies)
6. Proof of name or surname change (3 copies) (if applicable)
7. 2-inch photographs (3 photos)
8. Medical certificate (1 copy)
